Hit bottom while ideling killed engine. Restarted engine prop wouldn't turn forward or reverse. With engine off prop won't turn by hand when in gear. Now when started seems to work but is not in water to test.. Suggestions..?? Is there a shear pin somewhere on this motor??

No shear pin, prop has a splined hub that slips on the propshaft.

There is a rubber bushing between the inner and outer sections of the hub of the propeller. Once it is "spun",the bushing has to be replaced by a prop shop or it will continue to spin and the condition will worsen.

You can test for a spun prop as shown in the thumbnail; click it please.

Onced you have it marked, take the rig for a run; if the line moves in relationship to the cotter pin the prop is spun.
