Impeller change help

I have a 1990 3.0 merccruiser alpha 1 drive. I need to change the impeller i believe because not getting any water to circulate. It is not blocked anywhere. I am handy but have never worked on a boat before. I need some diagrams, pics or links and any advice. thanks

thanks for the replies and vids. I will be doing this on sunday and back in the water in the afternoon-i will give you all updates then. I of course am still open to advice and suggestions.

a mercrusier service manual is a great place to see how things are done proper too.. for the drive, ya'd want #6..
