i have a 200hp merc. these are the casting numbers on my lower unit 1647-6692 iwant to replace it with a lower unit that looks just like mine its casting numbers are 1655-7322 will this work on my motor thanks
Check the gear ratio as it may be a 2.1 gearcase. Just mark the driveshaft with a mark and turn driveshaft. Count haw many times the driveshaft turns to get 1 turn from propshaft.
