Need trickle charger

I have a 2-battery (12 volt) lead acid. The batteries become drained when the bilge pump runs. I need a charger that will keep my batteries up to charge.

Does anyone have a recommendation?

Thanks...

Re: Need trickle charger

Tip #1: Fix the leak so the pumps don't need to run so much.
Tip #2: You need more than a trickle charger. A 2 amp trickle charger cannot keep up with a bilge pump that can draw in the neighborhood of 5 amps or more depending on size.

Suggestion: Install a two output 6 - 10 amp "smart charger) such as a Guest, Pro-Mariner, MinnKota or any of a dozen other brands. These can be left plugged in indefinitely without cooking the battery and it will truly keep it topped off.
