I'm in the process of rebuilding a 34' aquahome. I tore the cabin down to the deck and rebuilt it the cabin walls are 3/4" MG plywood. The top of the cabin will be used as a sun deck and is 1/2" MG plywood. I have coated everything along the way and now I'm ready to fiberglass. I would like suggestions on the weight and type of cloth to use.

Hello Aquahome..welcome to Iboats..

I never did restore a houseboat..but I have built homes and pumphouses.

What about elastomeric and mastic ?..

Might be what your looking for ..
