How to post pictures

I cannot figure out how to post pictures on this site... It asks for a URL and my pictures are in my harddrive..

Where in your hard drive/what folder? My pics are labeled( my pics )
Hit the post reply and it will que you to browse.It should take you to the pics.
I'm NO expert and someone who really know will help.Can you send them in an e-mail? Send them to me and I'll post them.Send me a PM and I'll send you my e-mail.J

Sending Attachment Tips:

1. Window?s property size must be small (JPG format, less than 95 kb, listed on the chart provided)

2. Hold the Alt key down while attaching/uploading or program related to cookies.

3. There are other restrictions (as only 5 attachments. Etc.) but I found these to be my major problem.
