i recently bought a 72 7.5 horse merc. it ran great last year, this year it had no spark, we repalced all the wiring and filed the points which were and are bad, and now it has spark but wont run but it did backfire. i have ordered points but they havent come in.. how do i time it, what is the green tube coming out of the carb, etc ,, i need all the help i can get
