motor problems

i have a 1968 evinrude big twin 40 hp the lower piston is frozen the upper piston barley move what can i do to fix it if possible

How did they get that way? From a long sit,overheat, no oil. Give us something to work with. Rick.

If it's been sitting for a long time, then tilt the motor up and spray a buch of PB Blaster into the cylinders. Give it a few days to soak through the rings and such.:cool:
