Greetings, this is my first visit to this forum. My Father has a 2007 +/- 4 stroke outboard motor that initially starts and runs well. After being shut off for a few minutes of being off; sometimes it will not restart. I follow all starting instructions written on the cowell. Usually after 10-15 mins of sitting the I can usually get it to start. The gas is fresh, and the squeezy pump ball is hard. Does anyone have any ideas. Thank you.
