Hello
I have a Crownline with a self centering trailer. Any suggestions on how to get the boat centered on this type of trailer? I have the hardest time getting the boat centered

I have the same type of trailer.. I have to retrieve shallow with the tops of the fenders just an inch above the water surface. I have problems on steep ramps too since the centering bunks are on the rear 1/2 of the trailer.

As 98Shabah mentioned, the trailer depth is important when trying to load the boat onto the trailer. If your trailer is in too deep, the wind and currents will make loading difficult.

I have a self centering trailer. I will back the trailer into the water to get the bunks all wet. Then pull ahead till there is about a 6 inches of bunk out of the water. Puts my fenders about a inch or so below water line. Then just drive her on. Boat will stop about 2 foot from bow roller. Winch her on tight and go.
