i cant bleed my sea star hydrolic steering i was wondering if maybe the helm pump was bad. it makes a clicking noise when i spin the wheel.is it fixable or trash .it maybe is a stupid question be does the engine have to be running to bleed the system . im new to hydros and cant figure y it wont work.i hope someone on here can help
