Year of motor and carb adjustment

I have a 5hp Johnson Sea Horse #1042507, Model TN 28
What year is the motor, and how do I adjust the carb?

TN-28 = 1952/53

If it has high speed and low speed adjustment ( I cant confirm for a model that age) see Joe Reeves' instructions for adjusting carb needles on the "Engine Frequently Asked Questions" board.
