Exhaust Bellows Question

I have the 4.3 Mercruiser with the yamaha out drive. I know an odd match but I just got this boat and Im going to run it til it quits then Ill put a alpha on it. Have had a few problems with no aftermarket parts. But heres the question the exhaust bellows is missing they look like it would be the same as the Seirra brand. Ya think it would work?

See if an exhaust tube will work, much much easier install.

My marina put an exhaust tube on mine.......I eventually went back to the bellows, as the tube allows for a lot more noise.
