I'm going to look at a 19?? Johnson 35 H.P. Sea King with electric start
the number I have been told Serial Number ? 95x758174 / Model Number GG8997C
Can you tell me the year of this motor? Where is this list of years of Johnson Motors?

Monkey Wards was kind enough to code the year into their serial numbers. 95X is the key. Reverse the 95, and you get 59 ---1959.
