1984 bayliner capri throttle will not stay full throttle

1984 bayliner capri throttle will not stay full throttle when running, it will back off if I let go only when running and don't see a friction knob/screw. <br />
Also, tilt/trim will not stay up, drifts back down slowly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tilt might be as simple as needing oil or having the trim motor rebuilt.
Rritt on this site works on them.
The shifter sounds like it needs to be setup properly.
Un hook the connector,make sure the slack is out and reconnect.Make sure the linkage nuts/bolts are tight.J
