The trailer and up functions no longer work on my 1999 192 Rinker. We have been able to trace the wires back to the throttle. If the throttle is placed in the forward position, you can see that the two wires have been pinched enough that they are cut.
How do I take the throttle off the side of the boat to repair the wires?
There are three screws under the cover, which I have removed, but they didn't do anything.
