75 evinrude 70hp weep hole ?

To my knowledge this unit does not have a "weep hole". There are 2 holes on the rear of the engine, just below the motor and just above the lower unit. when idling on the muffs there is water coming from one hole, but not the other, is this normal, or an indication of a problem?

If the muff doesn't fit tight and there is not much water pressure from the water supply, the stream may be weak or one sided flowing out.

If you have had the motor in the water with the lower unit submerged with the same problem and the flow is still one sided, the port may be clogged with trash, bugs or other foreign matter.
