I see smoke & oil problem. I use Quicksilver TCW3 but my 20R71S C7642 will not stop smoking & leaving oil on water on accelerating from tick over. There seems only a low power adjustment.
I note 1:50 then 100:1 & then 1:50 - what's the history?
Why nothing in between and will bearings accept it?
I've heard that the very thin plastic pipe bottom to top of engine involved recycling oil to where more needed but your correspondence says to burnt.
Is there any carb adjustment?

Run it 50:1. Some residue is normal for 2-strokes. Try some other oils - some synthetic 2-stroke oils burn more completely, smoke less and leave less residue on the water. Mix them at 50:1, too.

Part of it may be your motor is tired - what are your compression readings? Have you done a decarbon? Carburetor may also be a cause of excessive smoking and fuel on the water, particularly if the float level is off.
