I am just in the process of changing the gear oil on the above outboard. I have undone the plug to let the old oil out - but can't seem to find a vent anywhere. Does this motor have a vent? If not, how do I ensure that I have fully filled with oil?
Many Thanks in advance.

thats because there is only 1 hole, easiest way is to lay it on its side and pour some in, only takes 2 ounces.

Just lay it down with the hole up and fill it up. A squirt-type oiler can is a help, othrwise just slowly squeeze the oil tube to drizzle it in. It doesn't hold very much.
