I have a 2002 GTI jet ski, the reverse linkage at the rear is slipping. It appears that the cable lock, large boot, half ring and rubber washer may need to be replaced. I would like to do this myself, however before I dive into this repair, I would like to know if there are any hidden surprises, once I start taking things apart.
