As the title states. I want to re-use the pistons but change the rods (I have 2 motors am trying to make into one). Is there an easy way of removing the pistons from the rods without damaging them? I experimented on a bad one and seemed to damage the piston trying to get the clip out.
Want to use these pistons in a 2.0L 150 block. They have different rods which is why I need to get the pistons off the rods from the 175.
The 175 is 1977, 3 ring pistons...
