80hp Mercury hard start when warm

I have a 1983 mercury 80hp starts good cold but after get to spot sit for a hour or so it takes a lot cranks to start back up but runs good other than this . Things i have done plugs fuel line primer bulbs to tanks fuel line to carbs have new needle seats and gaskets. Any sugestions would be helpful thanks.

Just curious have you tried pumping the bulb prior to starting hot to make sure fuel is still in the lines feeding the carb? If pumping bulb helps you need to check the check valves in the fuel pump. Are you having anyother issues like missing at top speed or pinging?
