Has anyone seen or heard of a telescopic bimini support post(s). I can't lay mine flat as it will chew up the boat, but I need to drop it to fit the boat in the garage. I was thinking if I could replace the rear two posts with some time of telecopic unit I could lower it just enough to garage and then easily raise it up for use. Mine really requires two people to put up, and is a total pain solo.
EDIT: Found the ones here made by taylormade. Apparently they have mixed reviews...the pictures show plastic ends which I doubt will hold up to trailoring. Looks like I might need to make something.
