Recently purchased a 1974 Mercury 650 Thunderbolt 65 hp o/b motor.
Guess this is a lazy man's question, but does this lower unit have a shear pin
or a clutch for the prop? Motor runs great and really enjoying this on fishing
boat. Keeping boat in water and to old to jump in and check. Thanks for any
help on this.
