Hello,
Brand new to boating and could use some help. Have a 1992 Mercury 115. Has clean fuel, new plugs, new fuel filter. Have adjusted the idle, to what should run good. Runs fine with the garden house, runs about 5 mins before I turn it off. Able to throttle up forward and reverse. As soon as I put it in the river, doesn't idle long. Was able to get in gear for about 100-200 yards then motor dies out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
