bayliner ciuera 2350 prop probleme

Hello I juste perchase a Bayliner ciera 2350 5 liter and i dont think i ave the right prop whit 2 person it will take of after a while but whit 4 person i ave to send them inside the cab to take of properly but after take of i can cruse at speed of 28-30 mph at 3700 rpm Iwas hoping somebody could help me find the solotion thanks in advance Luc

Sorry i forgot to mention that the ciera is 1994 2350 5 liter whit alfa 1 thanks

Before you start throwing props on do a complete motor tune up. If you still have problems with your WOT then start looking a something with a smaller pitch.
Do you know the size of the prop that's on there now?
