HI i have a 9.9 mercury outboard think its a 86 when i get it started it run perfect gets the boat up to plane and everything runs in reverse, but when it stalls or i shut it off its very hard to start. I think it might be a spark issue maybe the coils need to be replaced and the plug wires. IF anyone has any suggestions that be great thanks
