just bought a 1991 bayliner with a mercuty 50 , will not plane out or rev up, fuel pump is on the side of each carb( i think), the top one seeps gas when i squeeze the primer bubble, starts and runs good on muffs but i have to choke it almost every time i start it in the water , could this be related, and can i rebuild the fuel pump
