I have a 2000 yamaha xl800 runs fine except when at full throttel , It sometimes wont come down from full throttel , All throttel cables,springs and linkages are clean and moving freely,the throttel linkage comes back to low position but engine still runs at full throttel. Carbs are only 3 years old. Any ideas ?
