We were just shut down for vacation for a week so that may have delayed your part a bit, was this ruled a warranty issue or wear and tear?
I assume the part has been ordered and you are just waiting for it to get to the dealer.
Not knowing any details I am a little reluctant to get in the middle of this but I have helped iboaters with problems before.
I am the #2 in the weld shop at Bennigton so I don't have anything to do with customer service but I know all of them and can ask questions for you.
I am sure this will be taken care of, Bennington was built on customer service, we like our owners to be happy with there boats
