dum thing to do but i put 5200 on the wrong side of my transom that i wanted to put in the big ????? IS CAN I STILL PUT IT IN THE RIGHT WAY AND THEN FIBERGLAS OVER THE 5200 THAT I PUT ON THE WRONG SIDE DUM ME

No. You do not want to glass over 5200 unless it is a real small area. (like bedding under a stringer). If the 5200 covers a large area then let it cure and grind it off before you do any glassing. You will have to get it real clean before the resin will bond. Neither epoxy or polyester will bond to it.
