Followed the advice on threads and believe I need to replace the starter. I quickly saw 2 large bolts on the top and removed but the starter won't budge. I looked but did not see a third bolt...perhaps on the bottom?
Do I need to remove the fly wheel?
From the pick you can see the two bolts in the top...is that arm where a 3rd bolt would go? From memory I believe that is where the ground wire attached.
