15 horse evinrude remote controls

Hi all
I have 14 foot fiberglass boat and was recently given a 15 horse Evinrude electric start tiller control motor. I think it is in the 1982 range.

I would like to move all the controls (including the start) up to the steering wheel area instead of sitting in the back to operate the tiller.
Any suggestions on what I will need to do this? Is it even worth the dollar amount it takes to do it?

Any help will sure be appreciated

The manuals for the motor should show you most of it. This stuff is always on

I never did get the manuals for this motor.
I'll have to get the serial number and order a manual. I was just hoping that it was a fast thing to do but it looks like it won't be done until next fishing season as we will be to cold in a month or so.
