93" OMC 115hp no torque out of the hole

Just bought a 93' 19ft Sunray with 115hp OMC. Boat sat for a couple of years with very little use. Have replaced prop (new oem), cleaned and re-kited carbs, draind fuel tank, replaced fuel lines and filter and replaced plugs. Boat runs great once plained out but takes forever to get out of the hole?

What RPMs are you running at WOT? Could be a prop issue.
