Colsole Steering and Throttle for Merc 9.8

I saw it somewhere but can't remember where. I have a little 9.8 merc I want to use as a troller and kicker on my 19' Silverline Boat.

I would like to hook it up to the console steering and even have controls up front if possible to run the throttle and shifting.

This possible? What would be the best way to do this? Is there and control box for these little guys?
