I am looking at buying a boat from some guy and when he started the outboard there was water coming from the 1st joint coming up from the prop on the shaft. It did not look like it was supposed to be coming from there. I asked him about it and he said he didnt know anything about it. Does anyone know if this is a major issue or is it just a matter of replacing a seal or something? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
