i have a johnson 35 on my jon boat. About 50% of the time it does not wanna come to speed it will only do about half of its potential. I tried new plugs it idles perfect im not sure where to look next. (It had these same problems plus a bad clutch dog, so i went and got a new lower unit now its still doing the same thing just not jumping out of gear)
