nice! i made mine from wooden 2x4s. I see you are using the SEI drive. I just put on the SEI116. How do you like it? how long have you had it? any problems?

HighLign brother, this boat has not seen the water in 3 years. it has the venerable twin 470's. I am trying to resurecct her. Notice the taper towards the front of the angle iron. This contraption meets up sweet with the fins. Just needs some rubber to avoid scrapage.

I have to cut a piece away for the skeg but (and weld support), i can stab this puppy onto the boat myself like this.

Now look at what you've gone and done.....givin' me ANOTHER project!!!!

Instead of rubber, use strips of an old plastic cutting board ...the drive will slide easier and resist scaring.
