Do I need to remove my splashwell to put the new transom in or is it easy to slide back in LOL.

Re: Splashwell removal

For some reason it doesn't ever seem "easy" to slide them in. I had to take my new one out a couple times and invented some new swear words in the process. That looks similar to mine and I could have slid it in without removing the splashwell. Of course that's not how I did it, that would be to easy. I sealed the gap between the splashwell and new transom with 5200, it works like a champ.
