Hi. i order carb repair kit for JoEv 9.9 83y-OMC number 0398453.
I just recive this kit today but i nostice one part which i didnt see it in my carb.
it is small cup with hole in it. I think it should goes under rubber washer and needle valve(slow speed adjustment)

i cant find this smal cup
there is rubber washer -part no 21 and just needle valve -part no 22 but there is no any parts more.
i'm wondering if should i put this cup into needle valve chamber?
if i should so which side in, thiner first that needle valve will go into?
