Trying to help a friend with an Evinrude that will not start. Pulled plugs and no spark on 1 and 3 cyl. I had spark on #2 when the key was first turned and spark when he stopped cranking. He replaced the power pack earlier when it wouldn't start. I then chacked the stator brown and brown yellow and got 150 volts, ohm was almost 800. I disconnected the yellow and yellow gray and samething. I checked those and they had 24 volts when connected. I used a multimeter on the orange and orange black I had a range of 7 to 13.5 when cranking. Any suggestions? I disconnected the kill switch also and it appears to be fine. Suggestions?
