So, will all of the prop shaft related parts (gears, bearings, etc.) from a 70A work in the 55B lower unit, or will the complete lower unit from a 70A bolt onto the 55B?
Everything is the same except one bearing...Which will still fit in either one. The 55/50 bearing will eventually fly apart under the extra RPMs of the 60/70 one.
