I bought a 18 foot chaparral with a 3.0 lx in it about a month ago. Came with a 15p prop that was chewed to he'll. It went 31 mph..put a new 19p prop on it and it's going 38.. Pretty excited. It's a small motor and that boats 20 years old. Can't wait to take out 500 lbs of soaked foam, change the Plugs, cap, wires, oil in the fall and see how she runs ! P.s I checked speed with my gps..be safe
