This is a bit like that question.
I have had a 'Tadpole' 9.9hp(?) for a long time. It has only had light duties and not a lot of that. A friend wants to buy it from me,( in Australia), but I have no idea what it might be worth. I am not out to make a killing, but, as it recently 'lost' its boat and is now surplus to requirements, I wondered if anyone would like to venture a 'ball-park' figure. Please don't be afraid to hurt my feelings! lol.
Remember to keep the water on the outside!

I have no idea what the market in Australia is for outboards and you dont say exactly what year it is but here in my part of the us a 9.9 hp is worth about 500-600 if really old...800-900 if mid 90's and a brand new one close to $2000. All prices in US dollars. I should quantify that is what I see people trying to sell them for...no idea if anyone actually buys them!
