Last couple times I've had boat out engine starts and runs fine till it warms up then starts to run rough. Engine would still idle and open up but shook a little. Yesterday while running wide open engine fell on it's face and only running about half power. Engine wouldn't idle and water pump not pumping much water at lower rpms. Thiis morning engine stared up ran ran decent for a couple minutes. Water pump sputtering air and water at idle. Checked intake screen and it was clear. Water pump would shoot full stream at higher rpms but seemed weaker than usual. Could a bad water pump cause all these problems over a period of several months?
