Motor runs great, but under load at higher RPM it skips, as if popping out of gear and back in again. The heavier the load, the more pronounced and often it happens. I have inspected the dog and gear and they seem fine- no burrs or rounded edges. I was thinking of checking for a weak shifter spring or loose pin on the shift dog. Any other ideas??
