Adding fishing seat to runabout

I know runabouts are not optimal for fishing, but I'd like to add a fishing seat to my open bow runabout. Are there products for easily adding a fishing seat to the bow of an open bow runabout? Any ideas?

I've had the idea before as well. Our bow seat cushions are removable, so I have thought about cutting a plywood platform the same shape as the bow that will fit on top of where the cushions go, with spacers to "lock" it into the seat bases. Carpet Deck and add a chair.
Best I've thought up so far. other than a LONG posted swivel chair to sit on and rest your feet on the seats up there.
