Bought an older 60hp Johnson ('86 i think). Recently tuned it up and took it out for a spin, but there was no power? It felt like the engine was only running at 30% at full throttle? Engine sounded great, no smoke, no weird noises? Just not enough power? Almost felt like not enough fuel was getting to the engine or that the throttle wouldn't go down far enough? Any ideas?

did it run good before you tuned it? if you paid then tuned and are now out for first run and this is the result. then remove cyl head and inspect cyl bores for damage this must be a 3 cyl 60 hp? if there is scoring on cyl walls this will cause what you are going thru!!!
