So.... Not long ago I replaced the R/R Unit, And with the new one installed it showed good voltage across the connection block - But I never checked the battery - Although it was good... I have now figured out that it charges... but very poorly like half throttle im getting intermittent readings from 11.7 - 12.9/13.2 hmmm..... Odd... Now... I have "touched" my battery terminal and got zaps from it... IS there anyway I have got the r/r wires connected wrong? ( When I pulled the old one off I put the new wires in their places so it was set up the same... (( Maybe when i brought the boat it didn't have a r/r problem in the first place and that it was just wired wrong )) ) - Anyway I am requesting someone to please take a picture for me of the connection block where their R/R unit wires into... ( with the cap off) so I can make sure mine is the same.
