Remov the foot of 40HP johnson

I remove the four bolt around it and the bolt in the front , diconect the shift rod and the foot still want come out please help

remove the trim tab, and the bolt hidden under it.

see the picture below ... looks like #68 is the bolt you need to remove, but you first have to remove bolt #76 which is holding the trim tab in place ...
